1. Uninstall from Atlassian admin
Go to your Jira admin area, open Manage Apps, find Definition of Ready AI for Jira, and uninstall the app.
2. What happens after uninstall
- App panels are removed from Jira.
- App actions are no longer available.
- Project settings are no longer accessible.
- Stored readiness reports, generation logs, usage events, project settings, and audit logs may remain temporarily for operational purposes unless deletion is requested.
3. Data deletion request
To request deletion of stored app data, email support@processlayer.co with your Jira site URL and organization details.
Deletion requests should include the Atlassian cloud site URL, organization name, requester name, and whether you want all ProcessLayer backend data for the site deleted.
4. Data retained in Jira
Comments or subtasks previously created by approved users remain in Jira unless deleted by your Jira administrators.
